New quadruple-camera Samsung Galaxy A9 is designed for Instagram fans

Samsung unveiled the Galaxy A7 three weeks ago, with the phone becoming the first from the South Korean manufacturer to feature three cameras at the back.

What do you think about the new Galaxy A9's price? The 128GB of storage is impressive, with the microSD card slot able to tack on up to an additional 512GB. If you're looking forward to this device, here's how a roundup of everything known about the Galaxy A9 (2018) so far. Putting two and two together and coming up four makes us fairly positive that the leaks are legitimate.

Samsung Galaxy A9's quad-camera setup.

The smartphone is expected to feature an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens, a 10-megapixel telephoto lens, a 24-megapixel main camera, and a 5-megapixel depth camera for those portrait photos.

For its size, the Galaxy A9 sports a generous 3,800mAh battery and is running Samsung's custom UI.

The third sensor is the main camera with 24-megapixel resolution and f/1.7 aperture.

Classic Zelda on Nintendo Switch Online gets easier with special save data
As the name suggests, it's essentially a Netflix-style library of classic NES games you can play that changes over time. However, upon finishing the game (which should not take long with the given head start) players unlock "Second Quest".

The primary camera is a 24MP offering which is the default option in auto mode, and the one which will give you best low light performance. We also get Android 8.1 Oreo, which is inexcusable given Android 9 Pie's availability.

And that's not where the cameras end, since there is a 24MP front-facing camera with f/2.0 for all selfies and video calls.

The Korean company's new Galaxy A9 device is aimed at the "Instagram generation", Samsung said on Thursday, and will go on sale in the United Kingdom in November, starting at £549.

Samsung has only unwrapped the Galaxy A9 (2018) smartphone, but it hasn't disclosed its pricing.

The Samsung Galaxy A9 is set to go on sale in November this year starting at £549 - retailing over £200 less than the Galaxy S9.

Along with all of these smartphone snappers Samsung has also included some clever software to help users make the majority.
