Lawsuit accuses Antonio Brown of almost killing toddler in 'fit of rage'

TMZ is reporting that Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Antonio Brown is being sued.

Now, new details have been released, which may shed some light on what led to the alleged incident.

An employee with Lionheart Capital, LLC said Ophir Sternberg wasn't available for comment when a Tribune-Review reporter called his office Tuesday.

His apartment had been cleaned, which he claimed he did not authorize.

Acqualina 1402 LLC is also suing Brown in excess of $15,000 for damages the star football player allegedly caused to the unit he was leasing. Sternberg claims Brown threw them from the apartment balcony and "Mr".

All three denied taking anything from the apartment.

United Nations voices 'serious concern' over missing Saudi journalist
A Turkish official said Saudi Arabia's envoy to Ankara had been summoned to the foreign ministry for a second time on Sunday. The Washington Post , for which the self-exiled Khashoggi wrote columns over the past year, pressed for release of evidence.

Police were called to Brown's apartment AGAIN the very next day, April 25, when Brown reported that someone had stolen his black Rolls-Royce. When officers arrived, Brown was yelling at security "telling them he thinks they set him up".

The incident was investigated by security personnel, who determined Brown was responsible for throwing the objects.

The lawsuit claims surveillance footage shows the objects falling from the balcony and landing near the child and man, KDKA-TV reported. Some of the items, which included two large vases and a heavy ottoman, landed roughly a foot from the toddler and the boy's grandfather. Then, he closed the door and police left.

According to the Post-Gazette, which cited court records, Brown also is facing a second lawsuit filed by his landlord in connection with the incident also seeking more than $15,000 in damages because of the damaged furniture and other items from the apartment.

That lawsuit contends Brown breached the lease agreement by "destroying, damaging defacing the premises, as well as furnishings and appliances" belonging to the plaintiff.
