Joe Guidice Ordered Back To Italy After Prison Sentence

"Real Housewives of New Jersey" husband Joe Giudice is likely headed back to Italy after his release from prison. On Wednesday, a judge in immigration court ruled that Joe must return to his home country of Italy when his time is up, and sources have now told Entertainment Tonight that Giudice is not taking the news well.

The father is now serving 41 months in prison for bank and bankruptcy fraud. Almost three years ago, Teresa served 11 months in prison for the same crimes.

Joe, who is serving out a three year prison sentence at FCI Allenwood in Pennsylvania, came to the United States as a baby, but never became a citizen. She added, "Listen, whatever God has planned for me, that's what's going to happen".

The couple shares four children together - 17-year-old Gia, 14-year-old Gabriella, 13-year-old Milania and 9-year-old Audriana. He is expected to be done March 14, 2019, and that's when he'll be deported to Italy, according to NBC News. People reports that Joe will be deported to his native Italy.

The couple pleaded guilty in 2014 to 41 counts of fraud. However, she's reportedly optimistic that married pair will be able to appeal the judge's recent decision.

Fed ‘has gone crazy’ as it raises interest rates
The Dow Jones Industrial Average plummeted 832 points on Wednesday, recording its largest single-day point drop since February. The 10-year Treasury yield rose to 3.22 percent from 3.20 percent late Tuesday after earlier touching 3.24 percent.

In the past Teresa has made light of moving to Italy as it's a lovely place: 'Whatever God has planned for me, that's what's going to happen.

While there have been rumours that Teresa may divorce Joe, she has always denied it. "They've been waiting to hear from me".

"This news was a huge blow to Teresa and Joe", the source said. "It's sad, but. she'll put on a courageous face throughout it all".

A source told People magazine, "This is going to break her". That's the only way she could go on living day to day'. It's not happening, not just now, but never.

Meanwhile, whatever is coming down the line for them, Giudice has reportedly been firm in supporting her husband, even when friends ask her why she puts up with so much grief. "I can't be any more clear about it".
