Former aide of ‘racist con’ Trump releases secret tape of her firing

Omarosa Manigault-Newman, a former aide to US President Donald Trump, on Sunday said she secretly recorded her firing by John Kelly, the chief of staff, in the high-security White House Situation Room.

Speaking with Jake Tapper on NBC's Meet the Press on Sunday, however, Manigault Newman, who was once the most prominent African American in the White House, claimed she had been played the recording since the book went to print.

In it, she paints a damning picture of President Donald Trump, including claiming without evidence that tapes exist of him using the N-word as he filmed his The Apprentice reality series, on which she co-starred.

In her Meet the Press interview with host Chuck Todd, Manigault took issue with a comment Kelly made about how "the staff works for me, not the president". "I said, 'Instead of the Bible?' " she allegedly said.

Trump called Manigault Newman "wonderful", "a very nice person" and a "very, very fine person" when she joined him on the campaign trail in 2016.

Maurizio Sarri anticipates early season 'problems' before Chelsea reach full potential
Unfortunately for Huddersfield and Kongolo, Chelsea managed to score twice before half-time which stretched the defence. But, the youngster is surprisingly, not even in the matchday squad.

Last week White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders charged the book is "riddled with lies".

Trump called Manigault Newman "a lowlife" on Saturday, in his first public response to the her book.

"I think that Omarosa unfortunately has undercut her own credibility", Conway said, saying the author had previously given "a glowing appraisal of Donald Trump". "And obviously I felt miserably, because after that he gets up and he says that there are good people on both sides when he should have been denouncing what we saw as clearly racist, Nazis, going against the grain of this country".

Manigault Newman said that she had a "blind spot" when it came to President Trump. Her book, and the account it provides of a President who stokes racial tensions for political purposes, comes about one-year after the rally. Add Donald Trump as an interest to stay up to date on the latest Donald Trump news, video, and analysis from ABC News. "So yes, I had to protect myself, and I have no regrets about it". The salary for the job was reportedly lucrative but she would have had to sign a non-disclosure agreement.

This official says the White House doesn't know everything the former staffer has claimed because it appears they have not seen a copy of the book.
