Actor Vince Vaughn arrested for DUI

Actor Vince Vaughn was arrested on suspicion of DUI in California overnight, authorities said. The 48-year-old was arrested early Sunday morning when he went through a checkpoint in the city, police said.

The actor was subsequently arrested for driving under the influence and for resisting, delaying or obstructing officers, Sabosky said.

Another person was in the vehicle Vaughn was driving when it was stopped at a checkpoint at about 4 a.m. local time, TMZ reported. He was taken into custody on charges of DUI and resisting arrest. Details about Vaughn's bail weren't available Sunday morning.
