STALKER 2 Announced From Original Devs, But Won't Come Anytime Soon

However, not all is good news for fans of the franchise, because along with the announcement and confirmation of the title, its launch window was announced and Stalker 2 is scheduled to debut in 2021, so there are 3 long years of waiting still. Do you think S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 will be able to go head-to-head with similarly-themed franchises like Metro and Fallout?

This was later confirmed thanks to a Facebook post from Sergiy Grygorovych, CEO of GSC Games World, the development house responsible for the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. series.

The project was cancelled in 2012, and the studio super secretly released a few titles and now are resurrecting their sequel title, S.T.A.L.K.E.R.2. A website recently popped up online displaying only an image that says S.T.A.L.K.E.R.2 and 2.0.2.1. For our thoughts on the last entry in the series, read IGN's review.

Queen releases first trailer for new biopic 'Bohemian Rhapsody'
The trailer begins with a scene where Malek playing Mercury is engaging with the crowd during a concert. But it's smart in that it just plays Queen's greatest hits throughout leaving me pumped to see it.

Stalker 2 was originally revealed back in 2010, but it didn't get very far before everything-the game and the studio-fell apart. However, I'm sure in due time we'll learn more about S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 and the platform (s) it will be playable on. The project is now underway at GSC Game World.
