Brooke Henderson makes it # 6 at Lotte Championship

The music playing on Golf Channel after the final putt dropped at the LPGA Tour's LOTTE Championship Saturday night was Sia's Unstoppable, a fitting serenade to Canadian champion Brooke Henderson, who breezed to a four-shot victory on windy Ohau.

Still just 20 years old, Henderson is just two wins shy of tying Post, George Knudson and Mike Weir for career victories by Canadian professional golfers. This one came with a $300,000 paycheck, bringing her career earnings to nearly $4 million. She finished the tournament 12 under par. She insists she "gets more excited" in the wind, which should make Ko Olina an ideal site for her this week. Henderson and sixth-ranked Ariya Jutanugarn (69) were the only other golfers to break 70 on a day that featured rain squalls and winds gusting to 30 miles per hour.

Top-ranked Shanshan Feng (71), third-ranked Inbee Park (72) and sixth-ranked Ariya Jutanugarn (69) tied for third at 7 under.

"It's extremely sad, a bad tragedy what happened up there", Henderson said.

South Africa's Sabbatini has a two-stroke lead over a group of four Americans at five-under 66, including Matt Kuchar and Billy Horschel, while Johnson fashioned four consecutive birdies at one stage of his opening round for a 69. Starting the day with just a one-shot lead after struggling down the stretch Friday, Henderson pushed her advantage to three strokes at the turn thanks to two circles on her card.

Germaine Greer says Meghan Markle will "bolt" when the reality of life as a royal sinks in. The 79-year-old writer had a bleak prediction for the future of the couple.

She was two over for the day after 10 holes but rescued her round with an eagle on the par-five 13th to stay close. Both came up a few holes short.

The other KLPGA Tour golfer, Lee Jeong-eun, finished tied for 16th at 2 under par.

Jutanugarn, from Thailand, secured her fifth Top 10 this year but couldn't get the eighth victory of her career. She parred her final 11 holes.

Hawaii's Michelle Wie had a 71 to tie for 11th at 3 under.
