Arizona Bride Got Busted For DUI On The Way To Her Wedding

Young, 32, was arrested in Arizona while driving to her wedding on Monday morning.

Chriswell Scott, Amber Young was arrested and booked around 10:30 a.m.at the scene of a three vehicle accident.

The Marana Police Department tweeted a photo showing the bride-to-be being detained at the scene.

People say it's the best day of your life, your wedding day, not for an Arizona woman.

Police spokesman Sgt. Chriswell Scott says one person suffered minor injuries in the crash.

The accident happened at about 10.30am on Monday in Marana, about 30 miles north of Tuscon.

Scott tweeted, "Don't drive impaired, till death do we part doesn't need any help".

He said: "This could've turned out way worse than it did". She was then released to her fiance after signing a criminal citation.

It wasn't clear if Young made it to her wedding on time.

Young was handcuffed and taken to a police substation where she had her blood drawn and was released. The results of Young's blood test won't be available from the state crime lab for two weeks.

"However, Arizona law allows for your license to be suspended if there is alcohol concentration less than 0.08 percent in the case of slight impairment".
