CDC to Host Workshop on Preparing People for 'Unlikely' Nuclear War

In the event of a nuclear incident, the agency said the results would be devastating and there would be limited time to take critical protection steps. However, "planning and preparation can lessen deaths and illnesses", the CDC says.

Trump doesn't actually have a nuclear button, but he does have access to the so-called nuclear "football", a black briefcase which contains an outline of nuclear attack options and instructions for contacting US military commanders around the world to give the order to launch missiles.
