Tom Sizemore Was Removed From Film Set For Alleged Sexual Assault

The actress, whose name was not released at her request, told The Hollywood Reporter she declined to comment on the alleged incident but has "recently hired a lawyer to explore legal action against the actor as well as her parents".

Sizemore reportedly denied the allegation at the time, telling one producer "I've done a lot of terrible things, and I'd never do anything with kids".

As for the incident involving the young girl, The Hollywood Reporter claimed no charges were ever laid, and the film commenced shooting.

The organization stated the incident in question happened near the end of the production, and an unidentified person took photos of the young girl sitting on his lap. At this point, he allegedly touched her vagina. "I heard something happened on the set but I didn't realize it involved a child". Now, in the wake of the tide of sexual assault allegations going public throughout Hollywood, she is reportedly pursuing her legal options against both Sizemore and her parents. Her mother called the movie's casting director, Catrine McGregor immediately.

A dozen cast and crew members from the crime thriller Born Killers (shot as Piggy Banks) spoke to THR to recount the allegations against Sizemore, confirming he was sent home for the incident.

"We talked to Tom at the time, and told him everything that had been told to us, and he said: 'I've done a lot of terrible things, and I'd never do anything with kids.' We considered whether we had some responsibility to him to not pass judgment on him", Manshel told The Hollywood Reporter.

During one setup, which required just the two of them, Robyn Adamson, who portrayed the wife, stood away, near the photographer.

She said: "I'm not speaking out for myself, I'm speaking out for the girl who is a woman now".

"Our position is 'no comment, '" his agent Stephen Rice stated. She added that afterward, "the young girl had trouble taking direction".

The story quickly filtered down through the film crew, who according to Production Assistant Roi Maufas, were ready to go after Sizemore themselves. "He was this guy who was already known for making inappropriate comments, being drunk, being high".

They spoke with Sizemore about the incident in question, and he responded, "I've done a lot of bad things, and I'd never do anything with kids". "We're talking about consistent behavior, just being "Tom Sizemore" on set every day". In 2003, he was convicted of battery and assault against his then-girlfriend Heidi Fleiss and was sentenced to seven months in prison.

Mufas says some members of the production staff "reached for hammers" and had to be talked down from confronting Sizemore.
