Jameis Winston grabbed my crotch: Uber driver

A woman, identified only as Kate, told BuzzFeed News in an interview published Friday that she was an Uber driver in Arizona and had Winston as a passenger in March 2016.

While at Florida State, Winston drew criticism for shouting a phrase on campus that aligns with the allegations of the Uber driver.

"We categorically deny this allegation", Spielman said.

A female Uber driver identified as "Kate" told BuzzFeed News that Winston, who purportedly sat in the front seat of her vehicle in the early morning hours of March 13, 2016, grabbed her crotch while they waited at a fast-food drive-thru line. Kate tells BuzzFeed News she was shocked and asked "what's up with that?" Winston was the only passenger in the auto.

"I wasn't just creeped out", she reported, "I was frozen".

Winston asked the driver to stop for food at a Mexican restaurant, and as they waited in the drive-thru, Kate alleges Winston reached over and grabbed her crotch for three or four seconds, asking: "What's up with that?" When she started driving, Winston allegedly began yelling homophobic slurs at pedestrians.
