Trump weighs in on 'fake' dossier on his alleged Russian Federation ties

Trump described the dossier as "discredited and Fake", suggesting that the Federal Bureau of Investigation and Democrats may have colluded to surface false and damaging information about him.

Two officials from the firm behind the dossier, Fusion GPS, appeared before the House Intelligence Committee on Wednesday, but answered no questions, and instead invoking their fifth amendment rights against self-incrimination, Bloomberg reports.

The dossier, first released publicly by Buzzfeed, was filled with unfounded smears about Trump that lacked evidence or proof.

This wasn't a surprise, as Fritsch and Catan had previously announced that they would reply to the HIC's subpoena by refusing to testify. "Since that will be the case, we ask that the Committee excuse them from appearing". Democrats continued to pay for it once it was clear he would be the Republican nominee.

As the allegations contained in the dossier began appearing in news stories and the dossier itself became the subject of intense public debate, Steele became a publicly known figure and the Federal Bureau of Investigation did not pursue further work from him, the Post reported in February.

New Jio Prepaid plans: Under the new plan, Jio Prime postpaid users will now have the option to choose from 9 different offers. This implies customers can even now buy the Rs. 399 arrangement with 84-day legitimacy for the following couple of hours.

The dossier, which was prepared by former British spy Christopher Steele, was published online shortly before Trump's inauguration.

It is not uncommon for the Federal Bureau of Investigation to pay sources of information, and Steele was well-known to the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

As for Russian Federation, there isn't any evidence that Moscow was involved in the dossier - and it paints Russian Federation in a nefarious light.

The Magnitsky Act, opposed by Katsyv and the Kremlin, barred 18 (later raised to 23) Russians from entering the USA and froze any assets they had in U.S. banks as a punitive measure in response to the death of Russian lawyer Sergei Magnitsky in 2009. The political research firm was responsible for the lewd, controversial dossier which contained information about Trump's alleged links to Russian Federation. Trump has denied the allegations.
