Last-minute leaks confirm Google Home Mini name, design, pricing and release date

We have come up with a list of products that you are most likely to be unveiled tomorrow as Google takes the stage at San Francisco.

While it appears that the company will have a number of new consumer electronics products to unveil at its October 4th event in San Francisco, the most important thing will nearly definitely be the new Google Pixel 2 and Pixel XL 2 smartphones. The Google Pixel 2 XL, on the other hand, is being manufactured by LG and it is pretty evident from the aesthetics. As mentioned above, the main differentiating factor is the display as Pixel 2 flaunts a 5-inch full HD display with a standard aspect ratio of 16:9. At $50 retail price tag, the Home Mini should make it a welcome nemesis to the Amazon Echo Dot.

Speaking of carelessness and accidental product confirmations, Walmart made an even bigger mistake, jumping the gun on Google Home Mini pre-orders. Both Pixel 2 and Pixel XL 2 will equip a dual-stereo speakers on the front panel. Google is also expected to introduce its high-end Chromebook called the Pixelbook at the event.

The most-anticipated Google Pixel 2 flagship smartphone also showed up on Walmart site in tandem with the Google Home Mini.

Uber issues statement on CEO meeting with London regulators
TfL cited concerns about Uber's conduct and approach in areas including checks on drivers and reporting criminal offences. The new boss has apologised for "the mistakes we've made" and accepted that the company had "got things wrong".

In terms of the features, the Google Home Mini will feature Google Assistant and it will be able to perform all the functions that are already available on the regular Google Home. It doesn't seem any other Pixelbook details were leaked through the reseller.

The Pixelbook will start at $1,199 and go up to $1,749.

It is unclear what may be different about these three models, storage capacity aside.
