'Super Mario Run' update breathes life into Nintendo's mobile plans

'Super Mario Run' update breathes life into Nintendo's mobile plans

Nintendo's Super Mario Run was first launched on iOS back in December 2016 and later brought to Android in March 2017 but failed to deliver regular updates. In this mode, players will be tested with ten short, random sections from existing levels, which should offer tons of replay value, considering each time the sections will change. Yes, that means you can definitely listen to "A Whole New World" as you progress through the levels of World Star.

The upcoming new playable character is Daisy, princess of Sarasaland. Will these new features and the discount be enough for you to pick up the game? Each of these 10 attempts will give new layouts and challenges to the players and they can collect rainbow-hued medals upon completing the challenges.

After one rescues Princess Daisy in Super Mario Run Remix 10 mode, players will be able to unlock her as a playable character in all of Super Mario Run's game modes.

Accessible after completing the first six worlds in the game, World Star will implement new gameplay mechanics and will have a surge of pink and black coins up for grabs, at least compared to their current scarce availability in the game. Finishing levels and collecting medals rewards players with new decorative items for the Mushroom Kingdom and the new playable character, Princess Daisy.

Super Mario Run update: Remix 10 mode and Daisy coming soon

And there's a brand new world to discover.

After years of refusing to develop games for mobile phones, Nintendo finally made the plunge last year withSuper Mario Run.

Here's a cute final flourish for you - the update also allows you to play the game while playing your favorite music in the background, and when you do, Mario and his friends will wear headphones.
