Jaguars confirm WR Robinson out for season with knee injury

Without Robinson, the Jaguars will have to rely heavily on Marqise Lee and Allen Hurns, as well as veteran Arrelious Benn, who is one of the team's core special-teams players.

According to the Jacksonville Jaguars, former Penn State standout and wide receiver Allen Robinson has "has sustained a left knee ACL injury". He is expected to miss the rest of the regular season.

"I know what type of year he wanted to have. To sustain an injury, it's obviously a blow". Bortles completed 11 of 21 passes for 125 yards and a touchdown.

What happens to the Jaguars' offense without Robinson: Marquis Lee and Allen Hurns, who each led the Jaguars in targets with four in the 29-7 victory over the Houston Texans, will now occupy the top two spots on the depth chart.

De Blasio cruises to victory in Democratic mayoral primary
Malliotakis (R-East Shore/Brooklyn) still faces a tough race against de Blasio as the Republican nominee. Only voters registered to specific parties can vote during the Tuesday primaries.

If so, it's possible Robinson would be lost for the remainder of the season.

After a 1,400-yard, 14-touchdown season in 2015, Robinson cooled down previous year at Jacksonville quarterback Blake Bortles struggled. Lee has 115 receptions for 1,464 yards and five touchdowns in three National Football League seasons and has started 16 games in three seasons. He caught 64 passes for 1,031 yards and 10 touchdowns in 2015.

Robinson made a 17-yard reception early in the first quarter against Houston and was pushed out of bounds.
