This is the fourth time that the actor is approaching a court for bail since he was arrested on July 10, after Pulsar Suni said that it was the actor who had commissioned him to assault the actress and film the act. Kavya also said that SIT head IG Dinendra Kashyap was totally unaware of the plan to interrogate Dileep and has not met Dileep till date. The court will consider the bail petition on September 16. The police is believed to be at the last stages of the investigation.
