USA has been conducting back-channel talks with North Korea for months
President Trump , in some ways, has been more flexible in his approach to North Korea than President Barack Obama. Or specifically, North Korea's statement that it only held a grudge against the US , and not to any other country.

The Islamic State Khorasan Province - the Middle Eastern group's affiliate in Afghanistan and Pakistan - released a statement claiming the attack, according to the US-based monitoring group SITE.

The province was rocked by a series of attacks late past year that claimed over 180 lives and raised concerns about a growing militant presence, including fighters affiliated with Islamic State, which has claimed several bombings in Baluchistan.

In June at least 12 people were killed and 14 others wounded in a suicide auto attack near the provincial police headquarters.

Two cars, four rickshaws and two motorbikes caught fire in the explosion, Xinhua reported.

Earlier, Geo News citing rescue and hospital sources reported 17 people had been killed in the attack.

Past attacks in the province have been claimed by the Pakistani Taliban, ISIL, as well as by Baloch separatist fighters who are fighting for independence from Pakistan.
