Ravindra Jadeja credits Kohli & Dhoni after becoming No.1 Test bowler & all-rounder

Team India all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja added another feather to his cap on Tuesday after overtaking Bangladesh all-rounder Shakib Al-Hasan as the ICC no.1 Test all-rounder.

Currently, Jadeja has 438 points among the all-rounders while Shakib has 431 points.

Soon after Jadeja became the number 1 Test all-rounder apart from being the number 1 Test bowler, he took to Twitter to thank two special people for his rise.

Jadeja made Michael Clarke his bunny, dismissing the Australian captain five times in the three Tests that he played in.

Serena Williams: Childbirth will make me a 'real woman'
"I don't think watching birthing videos helps", she told the publication. Readers online were quick to criticize Williams for her statement.

"My humble journey 2 be #1 Test AllRounder & bowler was possible due 2 @msdhoni @imVkohli, my fans & family", wrote Jadeja on Twitter. He thanked MS Dhoni and Virat Kohli for backing him and bringing the best out of him. He achieved this feat after he claimed 7 wickets in the second Test match against Sri Lanka at Colombo which included a five-wicket haul in the second innings. In the bowlers' list Ravichandran Ashwin (842 points) dropped a place to be third with Jimmy Anderson a notch below Jadeja. Although, Jadeja's celebrations were cut short after being charged with breach of ICC Code of Conduct which resulted in the accumulation of demerit points.

Jadeja, who is now the top-ranker all-rounder in Test cricket, took to social media to write a heartfelt message.

Meanwhile, Kohli and Ajinkya Rahane also congratulated Jadeja for his accomplishment. Not only in the second Test match, the left-arm spinner did well in the Galle Test as well, picking up 6 wickets (3 in each innings). He also has 1,051 runs under his belt in Test cricket.
