Trudeau to march in Toronto Pride Parade for a second time

In addition to his flashy faux-ink, Justin Trudeau also wore a pink shirt and bright blue blazer as his wife waved a rainbow flag through the colorful streets of Toronto. He made many stops along the way. shaking hands and talking to reporters. Two of the Trudeaus' children were marching along with their parents. The event started under cloudy skies and sporadic rain, but the sun came out toward the end of the event. They requested that officers "not include" uniforms, weapons or vehicles. "Inclusion is the core value in our community", said the pastor, "and as long as a group or a company supports LGBT equality, then in my opinion, welcome aboard". "So I would say don't ban what's offensive to some, reform it to the benefit of everyone".

Black Lives Matter staged a sit-in last year and demanded Pride organizers to sign an agreement which includes banning Toronto police from having a float this year.

Last year, Trudeau became the first Canadian prime minister to take part in the annual event.

Police officers won't be marching in their uniforms after Pride Toronto chose to honour its agreement with Black Lives Matter Toronto.

While Trump has refused to march in a Pride parade or even acknowledge Pride Month in any official capacity, Justin Trudeau's participation in the Toronto Pride parade didn't mark the first time a North American leader got into the Pride spirit. "I remember when there was no way police would be a part of it publicly", he said, adding that it felt like a "coup" to get their approval.

Perhaps being labeled a politician who "shifts positions" falls short of praise in the U.S., Trudeau appears to show a willingness to engage in meaningful dialog with his southern neighbor.

Defending champion Johnson out of US Open
Then, to his dismay, US Open organisers cut some of it back! "That fifth shot on the 18th was the best shot all day ". Johnson had started his round with a flourish, notching back-to-back birdies to immediately move up the leaderboard.

Black Lives Matter won't be taking part in the parade either after failing to register by the May 20 deadline.

"We have been in talks with the AFN National staff for a few weeks discussing Chief Bellegarde's participation and were working very closely to make this happen".

More than 150 groups including CAMH, Canadian Armed Forces, Google Canada, Metrolinx and SickKids will be participating in the parade. "I love Toronto", said Bersales, who describes himself as a cross-dresser.

The CBC Kids segment during which this happens may have been designed for kids, but it's people on social media who seem to be paying the most attention to it. Trudeau is known for trying to interact with his constituents, and perhaps he considers Gary the unicorn as one of them. "This is the first time I love myself".

Premier Kathleen Wynne and Mayor John Tory will also be in attendance.
