We play a match of Countdown in Destiny 2

According to a report on Forbes, Destiny 2 is ditching both the Grimoire Cards and a whole bunch of required, out-of-game reading for more conventional methods. If you're not familiar with the concept, they're basically an even more hardcore version of a post-credits scene: Grimoire Cards tell you a lot about Destiny's story but only people who are already super invested bother to stick around for them.

As such, all the world-building, narrative stuff that was hidden in tomes stashed on the internet will now be imparted by in-game characters, allies, and cutscenes.

Destiny 2 will come out on Sony Corp (ADR)'s (NYSE:SNE) PlayStation 4, Microsoft Corporation's (NASDAQ:MSFT) Xbox One and computers running Windows. "We want to get our hands-on Destiny 2 as soon as possible like everybody else, so we offered to share our PC platform with our sister companies for this release", Blizzard said in their official announcement post.

In terms of ensuring Destiny 2 on PC has the low-latency that PC games crave, Smith assures gamers that the studio has done many tweaks to tighten up network usage and optimization.

Apple MacBook 2017: Specs, Release Date, and what's expected
It most likely won't be a groundbreaking update, but the new models should be faster than the current ones. The original 12.9-inch iPad Pro was launched back in 2015 and since then, hasn't received any successor.

This comes as a huge sigh of relief, because it gives a better opportunity for players to immerse themselves into the game, rather than trying to get the story in a disjointed way. Slowly but surely, they've been correcting mistakes that players have harped on for some time now.

But, at least this proves Bungie is listening to fans?

I guess we'll just have to wait and see. Check it out below. There's also some Destiny 2 PC gameplay in there as well, along with Destiny 2 Crucible info and Destiny 2 campaign news.
