Modric unsure whether Bale or Isco will start Champions League final

Zinedine Zidane proclaimed he has the Real Madrid "DNA" and said the club is his life as he prepares Los Blancos for the Champions League final against Juventus.

News of many reporters have also concerned the physical conditions of Gareth Bale who has just recovered from a lengthy injury.

"It is massively special for me personally, as it is where I was born, where I grew up", said Bale on his impending return to Wales. The Juventus and Italy captain has won nearly every title in the game, including the World Cup in 2006, but the Champions League is one of the few trophies missing from his collection.

Team-mate Luka Modric said: "He was one of the best players at the start of the season and it's not nice for him that he has suffered since. This will be a special final for me as I played for both clubs, I have wonderful memories of Juventus". Carvajal is certain to come straight into the starting XI in place of Danilo at right-back, but Bale's position is far less clear cut with his replacement Isco delivering a series of superb performances over the last few weeks. That says a lot about this game but everyone likes to play in finals.

One of Madrid's greatest players, Zidane also has a close connection with Juventus, his team's opponent in Saturday's final in Cardiff.

The Welshman also scored from the spot as his side overcame Atletico 5-3 on penalties in the 2016 final in Milan - when the game had ended 1-1 after 120 minutes. Everyone likes them. We are in another Champions League final and it's very nice. I've experienced spectacular things with this club as a player, assistant coach and head coach.

An integral part of Juventus" famed "BBC defense' along with Leonardo Bonucci and Giorgio Chiellini, Barzagli helped put on a defensive masterclass to shut out Barcelona over the 180 minutes of their Champions League quarterfinal.

"The final is won by scoring goals". "It might have been different if I had other players. It has been hard, physically and mentally, but the most important thing is to try and get myself to be ready at some point for the game, whether that is starting or coming off the bench". For us it is important to be all together.

He continued: "You want to come back as soon as possible".

It would be an wonderful feat for the former France great, who also helped Madrid win its first Spanish league title in five years, as well as the European Super Cup and the Club World Cup. The future: Saturday and nothing else. I think the club is happy with what we're doing and I'm only interested in that.
