Tomi Lahren Cryptically Accuses Glenn Beck Of 'Misconduct'

"When TheBlaze informed Lahren that her show was suspended for one week, it also advised her that it would continue to honor her contract (as it has and continues) and would invoke its rights to "pay or play" (i.e., to pay Lahren but not broadcast her show)", lawyers for Beck and The Blaze argued.

Glenn Beck, and his conservative network, TheBlaze, have filed a counterclaim against firebrand news personality Tomi Lahren after she sued the organization for wrongful termination.

In addition to publicly silencing Lahren, the suit seeks to recoup monetary damages and attorney's fees from Lahren.

They say that her "word choices on air had to be addressed repeatedly for bordering on the profane".

Lahren's suit is asking the judge to grant a temporary restraining order, which would allow her to speak freely and prevent The Blaze from destroying any evidence related to her suspension.

Rays starter Jake Odorizzi leaves with tight left hamstring
There's not the overall swing-and-miss", manager John Farrell said. "We had a few opportunities but were unable to hold the lead". Betts squeezed a ground ball past Beckham at shortstop to score Pedroia, and now the Red Sox are quickly up 4-2.

Many employees have overheard Lahren complaining about The Blaze, saying that she will sue The Blaze and "that she could own The Blaze when she is done", the filing says.

"In reality, her employment agreement with TheBlaze remains in full force and effect, she continues to be employed (and paid) by TheBlaze, and she has access to her social media accounts, as well as a Facebook page TheBlaze created and maintains", the counterclaim, which was filed in the Dallas County District Court, alleged. TheBlaze denies giving Tomi Lahren the boot for switching over to the pro-choice side, but that her statements on The View "effectively called many of TheBlaze's employees, viewers, and readers hypocrites". Beck's legal filing insists that TheBlaze owns the page but Lahren can still add content as long as she abides by contract provisions. She said that "Facebook page is her personal page" and not the property of The Blaze or Beck and she never turned over "ownership and property rights in either her name or likeness to anyone". Further, Beck alleges that Lahren wrongfully and disruptively disclosed the amount of her wardrobe allowance in an interview with The Ringer. She'd be freed from the contract in six months regardless of the lawsuit's outcome, but if she went silent on Facebook for that time frame, she'd be irrelevant in the political commentary world, Lauten said. Instead, the company says the network made a decision to bench her from air after a slew of bad behavior including Lahren's mistreating of staff, and making public appearances without prior approval.

Conservative, flamethrowing commentator Tomi Lahren is suing her boss, conservative, flamethrowing commentator Glenn Beck, and his North Texas-based media outlet The Blaze, for firing her.

The Blaze did not immediately respond to BuzzFeed News' request for comment. She claims the move is a violation of her two-year employment contract, which doesn't expire until September 30.

Those comments definitely didn't sit well with Lahren's conservative audience, resulting in social media backlash.
